The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, although there was one unpleasant encounter with a staff member. The fantastic location on top of the mountain offered breathtaking views, enhancing the overall experience. The dining experience was good, with a substantial breakfast spread. I had an amazing stay at the hotel, enjoying the lovely alpine design of the rooms and the perfect mountain location. The service was top-notch, although at times there seemed to be some overwhelm. Dining was good, the included breakfast was fresh and delightful. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
