Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with big balconies that allowed in plenty of light, yet the views weren't optimal in winter. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, although there was one unpleasant encounter with a staff member. The fantastic location on top of the mountain offered breathtaking views, enhancing the overall experience. The dining experience was good, with a substantial breakfast spread. However, there were a few aspects that could have been improved for a more comfortable stay.
The hotel sits 2500m high with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lakes below. The rooms are environmentally friendly and tastefully decorated, emanating a charming Swiss wood scent. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience is good but not overly exciting. The location is convenient, just a short bus ride away from Pontresina town and the railway station, offering easy access to various destinations.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel, enjoying the lovely alpine design of the rooms and the perfect mountain location. The service was top-notch, although at times there seemed to be some overwhelm. Dining was good, the included breakfast was fresh and delightful. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
